How does Old Lutheran reduce their effects on the environment?
1) You may or may not have noticed, but in the last year and a half, we have switched a lot of our new products to be available in preorders only. In an effort to reduce the amount of apparel that may end up in the landfill, we have begun printing only the numbers that have been ordered as opposed to filling and keeping a physical inventory. Not only does this cut down on apparel waste, it also allows us to reduce our ink waste and production materials.
2) If you have ordered anything from us in the past year, you would have received your product in a special mailer! We switched over to new mailers that are made out of 100% recycled materials AND can be used again even after you have opened it.
3) Lastly, we pride ourselves in the amount of materials from our production and office spaces that we are able to recycle. From cardboard to paper to aluminum cans and more, if we can recycle it, we will!
